Veggies & Fruit Smoothie: Fast & Easy to Make Healthy Snack!

Ingredients: 1/2 carrot, 1 mango, 1/2 cup frozen blueberry, a few leaves of spinach (the spinach I used in this smoothie is from my organic garden, 1/2 cup organic soy milk, 1/2 banana, 1 table spoon maple syrup (optional) Add all ingredients in the single serve blender (I use Ninja) and process it for a minute or two. Now, enjoy a healthy yet delicious smoothie!
