It will add taste to your food and you’ll feel more hungry. So come, let’s prepare vegetable noodles soup. Capsicum (Shimla mirch) – 1 Tomato (Tamatar) – 1 Carrot (Gajar) – ½ Cauliflower (Gobi) – A small piece Green peas (Matar) – ¼ cup Noodles – 50 gram Coriander leaves (Hara dhaniya) – 2 tbsp (Finely chopped) Lemon (Nimbu) – 1 Butter – 2 to 3 tbsp Ginger paste (Adrak) – 1 tsp Chilli paste (Lal mirch paste) – ½ tsp Salt (Namak) – 1 tsp or as per taste Soya sauce – ½ tsp Black pepper – 1 tsp (Crushed) To make vegetable noodles soup, let’s cut the vegetables first. Peel off the carrot. Take washed and dried vegetables. Cut the carrot into tiny pieces. Cut the cauliflower into tiny pieces. Remove the seeds of capsicum and cut it into thin pieces. Cut tomatoes as well. Our vegetables are ready, now let’s prepare the soup. Turn on the flame. Add butter to a pan and let it melt. Add ginger paste. Now add green peas to it. Mix it well. Now add carrots and mix well. Cook it on medium flame. Cover it and cook for 2 minutes so that
the carrot and peas become smooth. 2 minutes are over. Finally add all the other vegetables as well. Mix it well. Add salt. Add chilly sauce. Mix well. Cover the pan and cook it for another 2
minutes, the vegetables will become soft. You can take vegetables of your choice. 2 minutes are over, now let’s check. Our vegetables are noq soft. The vegetables should not become too soft,
they should remain a little crunchy. Now add 3 cup water to it. We are making this soup for 4 people. Cover the pan and let it boil. Till the time the soup boils,
let’s take out lemon juice. The soup is now boiled. Now add noodles to it. Mix it well. Add black pepper. Cook the noodles for 6-7 minutes
till they become soft and fluffy. We can put maggi or parv oil noodles as well. You can also boil the noodles and add them. You can add noodles as you like. Boil the soup for 10 minutes on medium flame. The noodles are now soft and our soup is ready. Turn off the flame. Now add 2 tsp lemon juice and soya sauce to it. If you do not wish to add soya sauce then you can avoid it. We have boiled the noodles in the
soup so its starch has come. The soup should be a little thick. If you want the soup to have a thick consistency then add 2
tbsp corn starch, mix it in water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Pour the soup in a bowl. Add a little butter from the top. Garnish the soup with coriander leaves. Hot vegetable soup is now ready.
