Intro Music Cooking vegetables in a pressure cooker consumes less time and of course saves energy. I have here with me a combination of cut vegetables that i am going to add into the pressure cooker. Add in some salt and for every 350 to 500 grams of cut vegetables add 3 to 4 tablespoons of water Thats just the amount of water that is required to steam all the vegetables in the pressure cooker. Cover the pressure cooker pan with its weight placed on it and allow it to steam until you hear two whistles whistle blowing whistle blowing… after two whistles turn off the pressure cooker and carefully release the pressure weight from the cooker immediately. This process retains all the color, nutrition and the vegetables get perfectly steamed.
