    Step 1: Pet a bunny
    Step 2: Cover bunny pee
Step 3: Make a bunny play structure.
    Step 4: Insert in ground.
    Step 5: Fence in bunny.
    Step 6: Plant Carrots.

@MRSPOOKTASTIC94 Seriously do your research before you sound like a fool. They do not grow on trees, they grow from a base "stem" which begins in a corm. Not a tree. they are herbs.

This video was very useful. I started my first raise bed veggie garden last year. Just created a youtube channel showing some of the progress. Please take a look at it and give me some feedback/comments and like the video if you think I am on the right track. I really want to get the most out of growing my own food. Thanks much and have a great day.

if you want to get young kids excited about nature and gardening, havev them grow a tickleme plant. My students love them as they are the only plant that will close its leaves and lower its branches when tickled. We get our kits to grow them on line.

I like all the tips you give

  • GrowVeg Post author

Lots of things wrong here, like not spacing plants correctly, not firming them into the soil, poor light for the seedlings and much more. Search YouTube for my video 'How to Plant a Vegetable Garden – Response' to avoid the many mistakes that this video makes (HowCast won't let me post it as a video response).

I've just purchased some purple tomato seeds that I intend growing in a container or grow bag. Some friends recommended them after the success they had last year. Here's a link: http://www.banggood.com/20PCS-Purple-Pearl-Tomato-Seeds-p-906525.html?p=JQ26191551677201504Z They've also got lots of other seeds and gardening tools on the website. it's a great company to buy from.

Lately I've developed an euphoria for eating healthy.  This being the case, I believe each person should plant a seed in their yard to start a vegetable garden.  Planting a vegetable garden eliminates spending excess cash in the supermarket.  Where I live they do lots of importing particularly from the US.  Rather than purchase vegetables, I have adopted a plan to start a garden and plant as much fruits and vegetables as possible.  Agriculture is not significant in my family or the Bahamas.  But based on  research I've conducted, and listening to medical experts, people are to eat raw vegetables and take in more fruits.  It can go a long way eliminating obesity, as well as terminal illnesses like cancer, hypertension, diabetes and stroke.  I endorse this objective, and intend to learn all I could to having a healthy life-style.

  • BigDog Outdoors Post author

I'm beginning to wonder if whoever did this video has ever even stepped foot into a garden. Starting your own seats does not put you back on your harvest dates. You start your seeds inside months I had and it puts you way ahead on your harvest dates
