the New Year’s bells fight … Guests are on the doorstep – we will save time and we
won’t bother with meat. So: Salad, classic recipe – with sausage! Ingredients: potatoes – 4 pcs.,
carrots – 2 pcs., boiled sausage or meat – 500 g,
chicken eggs – 5 pcs. pickled or pickled cucumbers, large – 4 pcs.
canned green peas – 1 can, mayonnaise,
greens, salt – to taste, Cooking: 1. Boil the eggs for 7-10 minutes (until cooked
“hard boiled”). 2. Thoroughly washed, but not peeled potatoes
and carrots, boil in slightly salted water until tender (about 30 minutes). Remove from the water and clean – it’s easier. 3. Dice the carrots and potatoes. 4. Cut the sausage into cubes. 5. Cut the cucumbers into cubes. 6. Pass the eggs through the egg cutter (wire
mesh, can be cut manually) 7. Add green peas to the salad, after draining
the water. 8. Add mayonnaise to the salad. Salt if necessary.
