Namaste. Welcome to Bachelor’s Chaska. In today’s Navratri special episode, we’ll
make a very simple ‘Fruit Salad’. If you don’t like a lot of heavy stuff, this
is a very light and refreshing sweet dish. Which is made very easily and
you will be guilt free. For the fruit salad let’s boil the milk first. We have kept 3 cups of milk to boil,
let’s add 3 tbsp sugar to it. Add the sugar according to your preference.
It depends on how sweet you want it to be. While the milk is boiling and gets a
little thicker, let’s chop our fruits. First, let’s cut the apple. Let’s cut the apple into cubes. Now, let’s cut the banana. Our banana is also done. The chikoo is next. let’s remove the seeds. And then, using a spoon, let’s remove it. Now, let’s chop it. As you can see, the milk has reduced. It’s been around 10-15 minutes,
but we need to let it get thicker. So we’ll let this simmer for another
10 minutes and then check it’s consistency. 10 minutes are up and the milk is quite thick. Let’s switch off the stove and let it
come down to room temperature. That’s when we’ll check the consistency again,
since it will become thicker as it cools down. You can see that the milk has become
thicker, let’s add our fruits. Let’s add our fruits now. I had kept the pomegranate ready too.
Let’s add that. Let’s mix this well. The fruit salad is ready. Let’s chill it for approximately 2 hours
and then enjoy it. This is our simple fruit salad
ready in minutes. You can add any fruit according
to it’s season. Like mangoes, kiwi or even strawberry. So please make it, enjoy it and
