When you think about chicken this happens. Think salad and that happens. today, we’ll fuse the two to
make a delicious dish. Itís healthy and we’ve also
given it an Indian touch. So come, let’s make ‘Chicken Salad’. Let’s cut our vegetables. Let’s take the spinach and roughly chop it. The spinach is chopped,
let’s add it to a bowl. Next, let’s take our lettuce. This too needs to be roughly chopped
like we did to our spinach. And our lettuce is done. Add this to the same bowl with the spinach. Our entire salad will be made
in the same bowl. Next we take the carrot. Cut the carrot into julienne,
which are long and thin. Just like this. In this recipe, I have used carrots,
spinach and lettuce,.. ..you can add any vegetable of your choice,
you can add nuts and dry fruits too. Add the carrots to the same bowl. Let’s cut the onion. Thinly slice the onion. The onion is cut, let’s add it to the bowl. Let’s cut the tomatoes. Which is the last vegetable of this recipe. I’m cutting this tomato like this because I
don’t want the seeds of the tomato in the salad. Throw the seeds away. Thinly slice the tomatoes too. The tomato is cut, let’s add it to the bowl. All our vegetables are cut and
added to this bowl. Now, let’s add our chicken. I have only boiled the chicken in water for
8-10 minutes, with salt for some flavor. The most important part of a
salad is it’s dressing. The dressing has all the flavor and to
this dressing I’m adding an Indian touch. Let’s make it. First we take olive oil. Add some honey to it. Then add some mustard. I just added some curry powder
to our salad dressing. Curry powder is an unusual
ingredient for a salad.. ..you can avoid it if you wish to. Now, let’s add some lemon. Add some salt and pepper. Whisk this salad dressing well
and it’s ready. Add this dressing to our salad. And our last step is to toss this nicely. And our Chicken Salad is ready. So this is our healthy Chicken Salad. It’s extremely easy to make and the best
part is you don’t have to cook anything. The dressing we made can be used for
any salad, with any vegetable. You can also use it as a dipping sauce. You can store it in the fridge
